I did illustrations to accompany Sarah Amormino's piece "Funked Up Feminism" in SAD Magazine. Sarah’s piece discusses how the lyrics of hip hop, R&B, funk, and soul music made by women in the 90s were her first introductions to feminism. I’m thrilled I got to draw portraits of so many icons!
