the challenge

As LCBO workers prepared for an upcoming strike, the Ontario Public Services Employees’ Union (OPSEU//SEFPO) needed a powerful message to mobilize support. 

the strategy

Point Blank Creative strategized a campaign that uses satire to point out corporate greed in the midst of rising cost of living for the working class. 

I used animation to punch up the actor’s exaggerated portrayal of a famed grocery billionaire and illustrate the real implications of privatization. 

This campaign has been widely successful with over 8.9 M views and OPSEU has since secured a deal for LCBO workers with 90% in favour.
